Sometimes the artistry of a pastry chef is so mind-bogglingly beautiful that you just can't imagine ever eating their creations. I found the following artist via the Sunday Sweets at Cake Wrecks. Her work is beyond amazing. She's a pastry chef in Japan whose business goes by the name Rosey Sugar. Her blog, in mixed English and Japanese, can be found here. And you can find her on flickr here.
